Fire Rescue Administration is responsible for overall coordination of the department’s activities and budget. It establishes policy criteria, prepares directives, as well as rules and regulations of the organization, oversees purchasing, asset management, fleet and facility operations, maintenance and labor related issues.

This Division also coordinates the Town’s Emergency Management Program for disasters and other large incidents.

Fire Rescue Administration consists of the Office of the Fire Chief, Training, Special Operations, Support Services, and clerical support staff.
