How do I comply with these requirements?
Customers with known devices will receive a notification and reminder directly from BSI that recertification is due. Once the inspection is complete, the testing company will enter that information directly into BSI’s online reporting system.
Customers who are in the process of modifying their plumbing and are in need of a backflow device, must contact the Building Division at 954-797-1111 for the relevant permits and inspections. Once the inspection is completed, the backflow certification report will be uploaded and registered in the BSI system. Subsequent recertifications will be sent from BSI.
If you have any questions regarding the program please contact Heidi Klemm with the Town of Davie Utilities Department at 954-327-3741 or BSI at 800-414-4990.
