This facility is a neighborhood passive park with a total of 50 acres and includes: one shelter/meeting room with fifteen,  6’x5’ picnic tables, seats 90 people, charcoal grill plus a small meeting room with kitchen and restrooms. The shelter can be rented separately (fifteen 6’x5’ tables) no meeting room, charcoal grill and the use of restrooms.  Seven picnic sites with picnic tables, on a concrete slab, available on first come first serve basis.  An equestrian trail encompasses the lake.


Please Note:  Fishing and boating are permitted.  Boats cannot use or possess any gas powered motors.  No swimming, diving or wading is allowed.  The park is patrolled on a regular basis by park rangers 7 days a week.

Hours

9 a.m. to sunset daily.

Directions

Take I-595 to University Drive, travel south 2 1/2 miles and turn east on Griffin Road until you reach SW 76 Avenue (Annapu Road) turn south,  the park is on the east side of 76th Avenue.
