Why was my water disconnected?
If service has been disconnected and you believe this is in error, please call the Customer Service Division at 954-797-1065. When service has been discontinued for non-payment, the entire amount of the bill must be paid in full before service can be restored. If you pay via phone or internet and, you will need to contact Customer Service at (954) 797-1065 in order for your water to be reconnected.

Disconnection fees and other miscellaneous charges will be charged to your account and shown on the following month's bill.
Please note that water will not be reconnected after hours and/or on weekends.
