TOWN OF DAVIE PARTNERS WITH WOMEN IN DISTRESS OF BROWARD COUNTY FOR FILL-A-CRIB DONATION DRIVE

Accepting donations now through May 27, 2022

DAVIE, Fla. – The Town of Davie and Women in Distress of Broward County, Inc. is hosting a Fill-a-Crib donation drive now through May 27, 2022, to collect essential baby items for parents in need. 

To participate, please bring an item from the donation list in their original packaging to the following Town of Davie locations.

Town of Davie Drop-off Locations:

Monday - Friday

  • Town Clerk’s Office at the Temporary Town Hall: 8800 SW 36th Street | 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Pine Island Multipurpose Center: 3801 S. Pine Island Road | 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Fitness and Aquatic Center: 3800 SW 92nd Ave. | 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Davie Police Department Lobby: 1230 South Nob Hill Road | 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Davie Fire Rescue Department Main Lobby: 6901 Orange Drive | 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday - Sunday

  • Fitness and Aquatic Center: 3800 SW 92nd Ave. | 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Acceptable items include:

  • Bottles
  • Bibs
  • Diapers
  • Baby wipes
  • Pacifiers
  • Blankets
  • Baby clothes
  • Baby powder
  • Teething toys
  • Baby formula
  • Infant toys

Please ensure that all donations are new and unused. Additionally, we ask that you follow the donation items provided and make no substitutions.

About Women in Distress in Broward County, Inc. 

Women in Distress is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide critical services to victims of domestic violence and their children. They provide shelter, resources and professional trainings aimed at educating the community on domestic violence.
