DAVIE MUNICIPAL OFFICES WILL REOPEN FULLY TO THE PUBLIC
Town Hall services and operations have relocated to Pine Island Park
DAVIE, Fla. - Effective, Wednesday, Mar. 30, 2022, all Town of Davie municipal offices will reopen to the public for in-person business transactions. Individuals can also continue to contact the respective town departments or divisions via telephone or email to conduct business.
Town Hours of Operation
The schedule for all town departments/divisions are as follows:
Monday – Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Administration, Budget and Finance, Community Redevelopment Agency, Community Services Division, Engineering Services, Fire Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts, Planning and Zoning, Town Attorney, Town Clerk’s Office and Utilities Operations
Monday – Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Building Division and Utilities Customers Service
Monday – Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m
Business Tax Receipts
Town Hall Services Relocated
All operations and services provided at the prior Town Hall site located at 6591 Orange Drive were relocated to the Temporary Town Hall (TTH) location at Pine Island Park. The new TTH address is 8800 SW 36th St., Davie, FL 33328. The relocation efforts are in preparation for demolishing the existing buildings and constructing a new Town Hall.
Individuals seeking to conduct business that were offered at the old Town Hall site must utilize the TTH location. The old Town Hall site is no longer operational or accessible.
The departments and services impacted by the relocation are Administration, Budget & Finance, Building Division, Business Tax Receipt, Community Redevelopment Agency, Engineering Services, Human Resource, Information Technology, Planning and Zoning, Procurement, Town Attorney, Town Clerk’s Office, Town Council and Utilities Customer Service.
The new layout and building assigned to the relocated services and departments at the TTH are outlined below (see maps below):

The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts administration building relocated from its previous location to Building D (see map). The mailing address for this department remains unchanged at 3801 S. Pine Island Road, Davie, FL, 33328.
