Davie Town Hall Will Relocate To A Temporary Location At Pine Island Park
The move will take place March 11-27, 2022
DAVIE, Fla. - Effective Monday, March 28, 2022, all operations and services currently provided at the existing Town Hall site located at 6591 Orange Drive will temporarily relocate in preparation for the construction of a new Town Hall project.
The move to the Temporary Town Hall (TTH) at Pine Island Park will occur incrementally over three weekends from Mar. 11-13, Mar. 18-20 and Mar. 25-27, 2022. The new TTH mailing address is 8800 SW 36th Street, Davie, FL 33328.
The departments and services impacted by this move are Administration, Budget & Finance, Building Division, Business Tax Receipt, Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), Engineering Division, Human Resources, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts, Planning and Zoning, Procurement, Town Attorney, Town Clerk’s Office, Town Council and Utilities Customer Service. * During the relocation efforts, on March 11, 2022, the Building Division will close at noon to accommodate relocating information technology equipment, resources and infrastructure.
The last day to drop off utility payments at the drop-box located on the west side of the existing Town Hall is Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 5 p.m. The box will be relocated to the TTH on Friday March, 11, 2022, and available for utilization on Saturday, March 12, 2022.
The new layout and building assigned to the relocated services and departments at the TTH are outlined below (see maps below):

The Parks Recreation and Cultural Arts administration building will relocate from its current location to Building D. The mailing address for this department remains unchanged at 3801 S. Pine Island Road, Davie, FL, 33328. All park services will remain available during this transition.
As a reminder, all Town of Davie Municipal Offices are open for in-person business transaction by appointment. Appointments must be made in advance by phone, email or appointment software (Building Division only). Individuals can also continue to contact the respective Town departments or divisions via telephone or email to conduct business.
