COVID-19 UPDATE #86:
NEW ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES FOR COVID-19 VACCINATIONS

DAVIE, Fla. – Governor Ron DeSantis announced new eligibility guidelines for COVID-19 vaccinations in Florida.
Starting Monday, March 29, 2021, individuals age 40 and older will be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Individuals ages 18 and older will be eligible for the vaccine beginning, Monday, April 5, 2021.
How to Register for the Vaccine:
Floridians are encouraged to pre-register at www.myvaccine.fl.gov. Once pre-registered, individuals will be contacted when the vaccine is available in their area. Floridians can also call the vaccine preregistration phone number for their county, listed here or by calling 866-201-6313 (call 844-252-2003 for TTY) for Broward County.
Please note that vaccines will also be available at CVS locations, Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club locations, Winn Dixie locations, Walgreens pharmacies, and all Publix pharmacies across the state of Florida.
