COVID-19 UPDATE #82
NEW BROWARD COUNTY COVID-19 HOTLINE HOURS BEGIN TUESDAY, JANUARY 12, 2021

DAVIE, Fla - The Broward County COVID-19 Hotline and Business Complaint line will have new operating hours, effective Tuesday, January 12, 2021. The new hours will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Residents wishing to submit requests for service or report a COVID-19 business violation can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by visiting the website or mobile app, MyBroward.Broward.org.
Residents are reminded that the COVID-19 Hotline cannot provide test results. Please call the Florida Department of Health at 954-412-7300, select option 1, or refer to the packet given to you at your collection site for results.
For a list of test collection sites, please visit Broward.org/coronavirus. For vaccination appointments, please visit BrowardCovidVaccine.com. Appointments can only be made online.
The 311 Call Center, which provides information on county services, is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Homeless Helpline (954-563-4357) will continue to operate Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
