TOWN PARKS UPDATE: ALL PARKS TO REOPEN

DAVIE, Fla., - After conducting park assessments today, the Town of Davie has determined that the flooding caused by Tropical Storm ETA has sufficiently receded to reopen the remaining parks, Wolf Lake Park and Berman Park. Effective immediately, all Town parks are open. All playgrounds remain closed until further notice.
Town of Davie parks and open spaces are open from 9 a.m. to sunset. While parks and trails are open due to COVID-19, the following amenities and activities are prohibited:
- Social gatherings in groups of more than 10 people is not allowed
- Grills and grilling
- Indoor Gymnasiums
- Outdoor fitness equipment areas
- Playgrounds and play areas
- Pavilions and shelters
- Splash pad
Residents and visitors are reminded while visiting a Town park, you must adhere to the restrictions and other guidance for safety and social distancing issued by local and state health officials. Residents are encouraged to bring all necessary provisions, such as hand sanitizer and face coverings with them and properly dispose of all personal protective equipment while visiting Town parks or open spaces.
