2020 PRESIDENTIAL GENERAL ELECTION POLLING SITES IN DAVIE ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2020

 

DAVIE, Fla. – As preparations continue for the 2020 General Elections, all polling sites will be open on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. All Town of Davie voting precincts will be open for the general elections. These facilities include:

 

  • Davie Police Athletic League, 4300 SW 57th Terrace
  • Old Davie School, 6650 Griffin Road
  • Boys & Girls Club (Rick & Rita Case Club), 7525 NW 33rd Street
  • McFatter Technical School, 6500 Nova Drive
  • Davie Elementary School, 7025 SW 39th Street
  • Pine Island Ridge Country Club, 9400 Pine Ridge Drive 
  • Paradise Village Clubhouse, 12850 W. State Road 84
  • Ivanhoe Fire Station Community Room, 14601 SW 14th Street
  • Pine Island Multipurpose Center, 3801 S. Pine Island Road
  • Scarborough Homeowners Association, 10950 Scarborough Drive
  • Ivanhoe Fire Station Community Room, 14601 SW 14 Street 
  • Rick Case Honda Dealership, 15700 Rick Case Honda Way
  • Western High School, 1200 SW 136th Avenue

In-Person Voting Health Precautions

The Broward County Supervisor of Elections will provide hand sanitizer, contact-free voter check-in, plastic-encased pens, and courtesy masks to all voters entering a polling location. Privacy booths are spaced out for distanced voting and cleaned throughout the day. 

 

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), members of the public are encouraged to wear a mask and practice social or physical distancing, stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people who are not from your household in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

 

Before Visiting A Polling Site

To protect poll workers, fellow voters and provide an expeditious voting experience, voters can prepare at home by:  

  • Confirming address and voting information by calling 954-357-7050 or visiting www.browardsoe.org
  • Studying a sample ballot. 
  • Carrying your sample ballot with you. 

 

Voters are also encouraged to avoid touching the mouth or face inside a polling location to help maintain sanitation during the voting process.
