TOWN OF DAVIE JOINS BROWARD COUNTY'S SOLID WASTE SERVICE DISPOSAL PROGRAM
DAVIE, Fla. - Effective today, October 1, 2020, the Town of Davie will be a participating municipality of the Broward County waste disposal services. Davie residents must dispose of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW), electronics recycling, residential bulk trash, and yard waste at any of the County’s drop-off centers including, the facility located at 5490 Reese Road. The final Town-wide HHW event scheduled for November 14, 2020, will still take place at Pine Island Park, 3801 South Pine Island Road from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please note that this will not impact your weekly trash and recycling services and the monthly bulk pickup schedule.

Requirements to Participate:
If you wish to participate, please bring proof of residency (photo ID and a document that shows your official address such as a tax bill, TRIM notice, voter registration, utility bill, or other official government-issued documents).
Residents will be required to follow CDC guidelines for social distancing when entering the drop-off centers. Please remain in your car and allow the county to provide no-contact service.
Disposal Locations Information:
Residents may utilize the following locations on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., to dispose of accepted Household Hazardous Waste, electronics, residential bulk trash, and yard waste.
Due to COVID-19, Bulk Trash WILL NOT be accepted at this time at these facilities. Please visit www.broward.org/waste for the latest updates and information on available services, guidelines, and hours of operations.
