Pursuant to Executive Order number 20-179 taxing authorities may hold millage and budget hearings under Chapter 200, Florida Statutes, or a local governing board holding a hearing or meeting regarding a non-ad valorem assessment, including but not limited to, those under section 197.3632, Florida Statutes, without having a quorum of its members present physically or at any specific location, and utilizing communications media technology such as telephonic or video conferencing, as provided by Section 120.54(5)(b)2, Florida Statutes.
The Town Council will hold a Special Assessments Hearing on Monday, September 14, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. The hearing will be held virtually and can be accessed through:
