Davie Offers Transportation For Residents Who Need to Evacuate to Shelters

The Town of Davie, in cooperation with its community bus service vendor, Transit Connection, will offer free bus transportation for mobile home residents to a designated Broward County shelter. Transportation will be available on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 12:00 p.m.to 6:00 p.m. or until weather conditions permit. The buses will run on a continuous cycle for the duration of the pickup.
The locations for pickups will be as follows (see map):
- Orange Park Community Center – 841 S.W. 133rd Avenue
- Sunshine Village Clubhouse – 13453 S.W. 5th Street
- Paradise Village Clubhouse – 12850 West S.R. 84
- Kings Manor -12500 S.R. 84 (Club Area Parking Lot)
- Rexmere Village – 11300 Rexmere Boulevard
- Park City Estates – 8640 S.W. 20th Street (by Clubhouse)
- Park City West – 10550 S.R. 84
- Everglades Lakes – 2900 S.W. 52nd Avenue
- Orange Blossom – 6651 S.W. 45th Street
- Wolf Lake Park – 4633 S.W. 73rd Avenue
