Davie Road Lane Closures from Nova Drive to S.W. 39th Street
The Town of Davie is continuing the roadway improvements on Davie Road between Nova Drive and S.W. 39th Street. As a result, between Nova Drive and SW 39th Street, the Davie Road inner travel lanes in both the north and south bound directions will be closed, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Motorists are asked to proceed with caution as the road closures are anticipated to cause delays and backups. These closures will last for several weeks and will affect travel to and from locations along Davie Road.
The project includes the construction of a raised median island in the center of the roadway.
College Avenue between Nova Drive and S.W. 39th Street can be utilized as a bypass road for anyone who wants to avoid this area of Davie Road while construction is ongoing.
