DAVIE PARTNERS WITH BROWARD COLLEGE FOR BAHAMAS RELIEF
DAVIE, Fla., - The Town of Davie, in partnership with Broward College, will serve as a collection site for the Bahamas disaster relief efforts starting today, September 5, 2019. Hurricane Dorian, a catastrophic Category 5 hurricane recently cause severe damage to the Bahamas.
Please see below the drop off locations and times for the Bahamas Disaster Relief Efforts:
Drop off locations for the Town:
- Davie Town Hall, 6591 Orange Drive (Administration-Building A)
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mondays-Fridays)
- Pine Island Multipurpose Center, 3801 S. Pine Island Rd
8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Mondays-Fridays)
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Saturdays)
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Sundays)
- Davie Pro Rodeo Event, 4271 Davie Rd
6 to 9 p.m. (Saturday, September 7, 2019)

- Packing boxes/packing tape
- Can openers (manual only)
- Paper towels/tissues/toilet paper
- Disposable cups/plates/utensils
- Adhesive/non adhesive band
- Antibacterial ointments
- Gauze and tape
- Acetaminophen, aspirin, ibuprofen
- Rubbing alcohol and peroxide
- Deodorant
- Feminine hygiene products
- Hand sanitizers
- Razors and shaving cream
- Shampooing/conditioner
- Soaps (bar or liquid)
- Toothbrushes/toothpaste
- Mouthwash
