  1. EMERGENCY DECLARATION - A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF DAVIE, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO DECLARE A STATE OF EMERGENCY AND TAKE OTHER MEASURES AS NEEDED TO MITIGATE THE AFFECTS OF HURRICANE DORIAN; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
