Join
the Town of Davie for an afternoon of tricks and treats on Saturday, October
28, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Rodeo Arena, 4271 Davie Road.
This
is a free event with some activities at a small cost. Children of all ages can
enjoy:

- Train and hayride
- Pumpkin Patch
- Petting farm
- Bounce houses
The
South Florida Trail Riders will host a Horse
Costume Contest beginning at 2:30 p.m. and a children’s Halloween
costume contest beginning at 4 p.m. Trophies and candy will be awarded for the spookiest,
cutest and most original costumes in the following age groups: 5 and under, 6
to 8 year olds, and 9 to 12 year olds.
The
South Florida Cloggers will host a family friendly Haunted House (small fee per person) and creepy kitchen.
The
Boy Scout Pumpkin Patch will be
open for children of all ages. Pick a real pumpkin from the patch at a small
cost per pumpkin and then paint and decorate your pumpkin.
The Town is asking that all attendees please bring a canned food
item for the Harvest Drive. Collection boxes will be located throughout the
event. For
