Please be advised that the Town of Davie is holding a community meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the project on SW 30th Street between SW 75th Avenue and College Avenue. The scope of work includes widening SW 30th Street between SW 75th Avenue and College Avenue to accommodate a combination of shared and designated bike lanes, constructing new ADA-compliant sidewalks, adding mid-block crosswalks, and modifying and constructing new drainage facilities. The project will also include new street lighting together with LED light fixture upgrades, milling, resurfacing, reconstruction and road widening, pavement markings and signage, tree mitigation, fire hydrant relocations, irrigation repairs, and swale and sod restoration.
