TOWN OF DAVIE HOSTS ORANGE BLOSSOM PAGEANTS
Compete for the Mr., Mrs. and Miss Orange Blossom Titles
DAVIE, Fla. – The Town of Davie's Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Department will host the Mr. and Mrs. Orange Blossom Pageant on Friday, September 8, and the Miss Orange Blossom Pageant on Saturday, September 9, 2023. The event will take place at the Pine Island Multipurpose Center, located at 3801 S. Pine Island Road.
Embracing the rich heritage and community spirit of Davie, the Orange Blossom Pageants has become a celebrated tradition that unites Town constituents in a showcase of poise and grace. To participate, individuals must complete an application form online at www.davie-fl.gov/OBFpageant now through September 7, 2023. The cost to participate is $25.
September 8, 2023: Mr. and Mrs. Orange Blossom
Davie residents ages 55 and up may participate for the Mr. and Mrs. Orange Blossom Pageant titles beginning at 11 a.m.
September 9, 2023: Miss Orange Blossom
The Miss Orange Blossom pageant is open to residents and students at Davie schools ages 2 to 18. Competition for the Queen and Princess titles will begin at 2 p.m.
Competition categories include:
- Ages 2 to 4: Tiny Miss
- Ages 5 to 7: Little Miss
- Ages 8 to 10: Junior Miss
- Ages 11 to 13: Miss Junior Teen
- Ages 14 to 18: Miss Teen
Judging will be based on poise and personality. Please note that a mandatory rehearsal will take place on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 6 p.m. at the Pine Island Multipurpose Center.
