
FLL RUNWAYS TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND AIRFIELD WORK FROM NOV. 1 TO NOV. 18, 2022

BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is scheduling routine maintenance of the North and South Runways that will require overnight closures. The temporary closure is necessary to conduct ancillary work and “rubber removal” to the runways.
- The South Runway (10R/28L) will close Tuesday, Nov. 1 through Thursday, Nov. 3, from 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily. During this period, all arriving and departing flights will use the North Runway.
- The North Runway (10L/28R) will close Friday, Nov. 4 through Friday, Nov. 18, from 12:01 to 5:30 a.m. daily, excluding weekends. During this period, all arriving and departing flights will use the South Runway.
