Disposal of CFL, Paint, & Fluorescent Bulbs

Compact fluorescent lamps (CFL), fluorescent light bulbs and tubes, oil-based paints, paint thinners and stains are all considered household hazardous waste (HHW) because they contain corrosive, toxic, ignitable, or reactive ingredients.
