Community Endowment Program
Community Endowment Program Donation Information
Since 1993, the Town has provided in excess of $5 million in grant funding to local nonprofit agencies through the Community Endowment Program to ensure local residents receive a variety of basic services. These services range from human services, such as childcare and food banks, to the enhancement and appreciation of culture and the arts.
Application Process
The application process for the Town of Davie's Community Endowment Program is currently closed. At the September 21, 2022, Town Council Meeting, the Davie Town Councilmembers approved funding for this program for a three-year timeframe covering Fiscal Years 2023-2025. Contingent upon the availability of funds at the end of the current three-year cycle, Town Council may consider applications for FY2026.

Contributions
In order to continue the efforts of the Community Endowment Program, the Town is always seeking support in the form of monetary and/or in-kind contributions. Monetary contributions are distributed directly to Community Endowment agencies. The Town does not retain any administrative costs for implementing this program or supplement the general fund budget with funds donated to the Community Endowment.
If you would like to make a monetary donation into the Town of Davie Community Endowment, you can donate the following ways:
- Mail donations to Community Endowment Grant Program, c/o Town Administration, 6591 Orange Drive, Davie, FL 33314. Donations can be received in the form of a check or money order.
- When applying for a building permit (PDF), business tax license (PDF), or planning and zoning application, complete the Community Endowment Fund donation area located on the registration form.
