Robbins Lodge and Open Space Preserve Fees
The rate for the Robbins Lodge is based on a minimum of 5 hours and the Patio is based on a minimum of 3 hours. Beer, wine and champagne is allowed inside the Robbins Lodge only by special permit, additional insurance is required. When Alcoholic beverages will be served as a part of an event at Robbins Lodge, the Renter must hire a Town of Davie Police Officer who must be in attendance for the entire event, including set-up and break-down. There is a $50 administrative fee charged if you cancel, change your date, time, or arrive late for Robbins Lodge. The total capacity for the Lodge and/or Patio is 110 people auditorium style, and 80 people banquet style.
