Facility permits are issued on a first come first serve basis. Our facilities are rented throughout the year and are often reserved several months in advance. Dates are not guaranteed until the Town receives the payment for the permit. The Town reserves the right to cancel permits due to unforeseen circumstances or acts beyond our control.

If the date for the facility is available and is at least 1 month prior to rental date, the Town will utilize the mail-in permit system to reserve the date for you. If the date requested is within the same month, you will be instructed to come into the office and pay for the permit in cash or credit card.

Facility Rentals hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7:30am until 6:00pm.  

To make an inquiry or reserve a facility, please call 954-797-1147, we will check the availability of the date and facility you are requesting.  If we are on the line assisting another customer please leave a voicemail with your name and number.  Calls will be returned based on the order recieved.
