Business Impact Estimate Statement

On Oct. 1, 2023, CS/SB 170 went into effect which requires counties and municipalities to produce a “business impact estimate” before passing an ordinance, with exceptions. In accordance with Sections 166.041(4) and 125.66(3)(c)(2023) of the Florida Statutes, below are the Business Impact Estimate statements for the Town of Davie.
