The Town Council including the Mayor is the legislative body of the Town government. The Councilmembers may propose policies or procedures for consideration by the entire Council. The Town Council’s major objective is to represent and meet the needs of the residents and business owners of the Town of Davie. According to Town Charter, the Town of Davie shall be governed by a council/manager form of government consisting of five (5) members, one of whom shall be the elected at-large Mayor and one of whom shall be the Vice-Mayor.
