Budget and Special Assessments Hearings
Pursuant to Executive Order number 20-179 taxing authorities may hold millage and budget hearings under Chapter 200, Florida Statutes, or a local governing board holding a hearing or meeting regarding a non-ad valorem assessment, including but not limited to, those under section 197.3632, Florida Statutes, without having a quorum of its members present physically or at any specific location, and utilizing communications media technology such as telephonic or video conferencing, as provided by Section 120.54(5)(b)2, Florida Statutes.
The Town of Davie’s public hearings for adoption of the Fiscal Year 2021 millage rates, budget, and special assessments will be held virtually utilizing video conferencing technology. The public can join these hearings and participate through either the web link provided for each specific hearing below or by calling the phone number(s) listed.
September 16, 2020 Budget Hearing
The Town Council will hold the Second Budget Hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 5:15 PM. The hearing agenda and tentative budget approved at the first budget hearing are available at https://www.davie-fl.gov/198/Town-Budget.

September 14, 2020 Special Assessments Hearing
