ABOUT THE CASE: Stroombeck was discovered unconscious on the side of the road near the 2800 blk of Davie Rd. He was transported to Broward General Hospital by Davie Fire Rescue. A few days later, he was pronounced dead. The medical examiner’s office determined his cause of death as massive internal bleeding due to a blunt force impact.

The victim’s vehicle – a 2007 silver Honda Civic was abandoned and later found approximately 100 yards from the body.
