Blood Drive Set for Davie Firefighter’s 3-Year Old Daughter Piper Apfel
The Town of Davie will host a Blood Drive for 3-year old Piper Apfel who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. Piper’s father Timothy Apfel is a Davie Fire Driver Engineer. The Blood Drive will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at Davie Fire Station #65, 1200 Nob Hill Road, from 8 am to 2 pm. Please see the flier below:
Blood Drive for Piper Apfel
Piper is a beautiful 3 year old who was just diagnosed with Leukemia on January 8, 2013. Her Father, Timothy Apfel, works for the Davie Fire Department, and her mother, Amanda Apfel, works for North Palm Beach Fire Dept. She needs blood and platelet transfusions on a regular basis.
