The South Florida Education Center or SFEC
. . . is the consortium of educational institutions located within the Town of Davie.  The institutions are: Broward College, Florida Atlantic University - Broward, McFatter Technical Center, Nova Southeastern University, and University of Florida.
The SFEC campus has become one of the biggest generators of traffic in Broward County.  Therefore, the schools came together to form the South Florida Education Center Transportation Management Association or SFEC TMA to help with the mobility and parking problems.
The SFEC TMA is a private, nonprofit organization representing a partnership of SFEC educational institutions, the Town of Davie and the Florida Department of Transportation whose mission is to develop strategies and implement programs that provide alternative transportation options for improved mobility in the South Florida Center area.

As a student, faculty or staff member of any of the SFEC institutions listed above, you are automatically a member of the SFEC TMA and entitled to an array of services FREE OF CHARGE.

Through an extraordinary public/private partnership with Broward County, Young At Art Museum's 55,000 square-foot, Gold LEED-certified facility is an epicenter of social inventiveness for families. YAA was envisioned as the first art museum experience for children – nurturing the child from birth through teens and into adulthood – creating a no-fail, arts-based learning environment that will transform the way children embrace the arts, become tomorrow’s patrons of the arts and develop into future advocates and supporters of the arts
