OLD DAVIE SCHOOL HISTORICAL MUSEUM TOUR GUIDE PROGRAM
Do you love learning and talking about history? The Old Davie School Historical Museum is currently looking for volunteer tour guides to lead groups of all ages through the museum, explaining the significance of the historical artifacts in our collection to visitors. Most tours are through the Old Davie School's Step Back In Time program, a program for elementary-aged students in which they go through several different stations incorporating historic artifacts and hands-on activities. No prior experience or knowledge needed--we will provide all the necessary training. Local Venture Crew #313 is always looking for young men and women to join in the adventure. The Venture Crew is very involved in the Town of Davie's Special Events and Activities, helping out whenever and wherever they can. The Town of Davie, Special Projects Dept. is looking for dance groups, bands, musical instrument players, gymnastic teams, choirs, singers, and any other interesting types of family entertainers who would like to volunteer to perform on stage at Town wide special events. Help support your community with your talents.

 GET INVOLVED BECOME A VOLUNTEERThe Town of Davie Special Projects Department is looking for residents of all ages who are willing to donate a few hours a week to help stuff envelopes, volunteer at events, answer phones, or just wish to become involved in the community.
