The Capital Projects Division administers programs adopted by the Town Council. Capital Projects works with other Town departments such as Engineering, along with County, State and Federal agencies. Some specific tasks include being involved in planning, bidding, budgeting, contract scheduling and quality control. This division oversees all new Town projects. This includes new building construction, street improvements, park development & improvements, and trail construction & improvements.
