This facility is an indoor meeting room which includes a full kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher) and restrooms. Ivanhoe is one of our largest facilities with a capacity of 100.
Please note you must be cleaned up and out of the facility no later than 10:00pm
FEES:
Resident $60 per hour plus $100 Refundable Security Deposit
Non-Resident $125 per hour plus $100 Refundable Security Deposit

DIRECTIONS:
I-595 to I-75 exit at Griffin Road, travel east 1/2 mile and take a right onto SW 148 Avenue, travel south 1 1/2 miles past Stirling, the Community Room is on the south side of Stirling Road.
