PLEASE NOTE: Business Tax Receipt Renewals for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 will be mailed out on March 1, 2013. Your Business Tax Receipt Renewal for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 will be due on April 1, 2013. Once that time has passed, the standard renewal late fees will be in effect. You do not need to contact us in regards to this one time extension.

The Business Tax Receipt Division welcomes you to our website. The Town of Davie has multiple types of Business Tax Receipts, consisting of commercial, home, and peddler/solicitor/seasonal sales. A commercial Business Tax Receipt is for those businesses established in a non-residential district, which may consist of restaurants, offices, and retail stores. A home Business Tax Receipt is for those businesses established in a residential district and is restricted to phone, mail, and email business. Lastly, a peddler/solicitor/seasonal sales Business Tax Receipt is for businesses related to lunch wagons, ice cream trucks etc. When filling out an Business Tax Receipt application, please be sure to fill in all the provide lines and sign where required.
