The Town of Davie Customer Service Guidelines are a strategic planning effort that will provide the framework for the Town to effectively address the comprehensive issues of dealing with customers, whether those customers happen to be residents of the Town, developers, builders, elected officials, other Town department employees, or any other types of citizens, clients or customers. Customer service is a staple of a total quality management (TQM) managerial philosophy, and there is no question that performance in the customer service arena will be one of the major determinants of an effective and profitable organization as the Town moves forward in the 21st century.
