Customer service vision can generally be defined as an ideal view of the future.
In Davie, customer service must become a way of organizational life. Customers are priority one, and every action evolves from that premise. Customers, citizens, and the public are the reason the Town exists as a municipal organization and why all Town staff members are employed in their present capacities. Therefore, the Town’s commitment to customer service must be a continual and consistent reinforcement of daily conduct that follows the principles and standards identified in these guidelines. Further, it will be incumbent upon the Town of Davie to stay abreast of technological, marketplace, and world economy changes that will affect the Town’s delivery of customer service.
