The Town of Davie will host the dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony for Silver Lakes Rotary Nature Park located at 5695 S.W. 52 Avenue at 9:00 a.m., on Tuesday, July 10, 2007. Town elected officials, staff members, advisory board members, and Rotary Club members will be in attendance. Refreshments will be served.
This 40-acre facility is a passive park that offers fishing and recreational trails. A shelter with five picnic tables is available to rent. Park hours are from 9:00 a.m. to dusk. For information on shelter rentals, call Parks & Recreation at 954 797-1147.
